Concierge is a Web/Mobile platform which has the main goal of providing an expert knowledge service to allow its users to keep up to date with several market and technology trends.

All of the contents published in the platform are represented as articles. An article conveys relevant peer reviewed information on a topic of interest categorised according to a category and tags system. Multiple article formats are supported through typical content-management functionalities (CMS) on rich multimedia content.

This platform actively promotes personalised interactions between content readers (consumers) and content creators (authors). Aside from the traditional social media components employed in the platform (e.g., comments, sharing, etc. ), consumers have available to them a specialised communication channel with authors on the form of information requests. Requests for information can be conducted by consumers by specifying their needs in the context of specific articles or without reference to anything published in the platform. The responses by authors to these information requests is provided in the form of a package. Packages are composed of already published articles or private articles specifically created in the context of the request.
